Highschool kid, collapses during a lacrosse game
DDX:
16 year old male
Sudden onset of double vision
Slight cut above the right eye after taking the hit in his lacrosse game and his helmet coming off
Night terrors - for 3 weeks
during the event, then didn't remember anything
No neurological deficiencies
Twitch in right leg
Falling asleep while sitting up and talking
Exhausted
Hit in the head during a lacrosse game
Had double vision before the concussion
Right leg twitches all the time and he isn't very aware of it
Myoclonic jerk
Brain is losing control of the body
Conscious during the night terrors and then he didn’t remember anything
Has night terror about his doctors removing his toe while he is restrained
Begins hallucinating
Almost walks off a roof
Sweating and flushed
Starts hearing voices (auditory hallucination)
No fever
No sign of infection or inflammation
