Your first consultation with me will be a breeze after our first chat. We will review your health history including your mental and emotional states throughout the years. We will discuss any and everything, including things you may not have thought about or don't see as a symptom. Homeopathy is bespoke and the selection of a remedy is detail focused work, so we will take our time and go through it all. At the end of the session we will discuss an action plan and set goals based on your current health state and the progress you would like to see. Then after careful review a remedy will be selected and a follow-up appointment set.

Your follow-up appointment was decided at the end of your Initial Consult but you may find you need a follow-up sooner because a lot has changed over the last few days or weeks. In a follow-up, we will discuss your progress; changes you have noticed, changes in your symptoms or the return of old symptoms. Together we will determine the best way forward, adjustments to your treatment or lifestyles changes or additions that can be made to help you along. *If you are unsure about whether or not you need a follow-up yet but want to check, book anyway and we can make that call together.

In an Acute Consult, we want to work quickly, while still gaining as much knowledge about your or your little ones complaints as possible. When you or someone in your family becomes sick, with a cold or flu, migraine, sprain, strain or even bug bite we would first want to cover the symptoms they are experiencing and any changes from your or their "normal selves". Then we look at the severity of the acute and prescribe accordingly.
